Provide outpatient GI clinic visits and surgical gastroenterology services at Oneida Health Hospital. Work 36 clinical hours/week with one remote admin day. No after-hours call; anesthesia and hospitalist services are in-house. Participate in productivity and quality measures; eligible for incentives, benefits, CME, and relocation/sign-on negotiation.

Provide day-shift obstetrics nursing care: coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing services, supervise LPNs and support staff, maintain accurate records, ensure a clean safe environment, communicate with patients and families, manage supplies and electronic records, and respond professionally in emergent situations.

Provide administrative support in the Radiology Department: manage imaging schedules and patient records, answer phones and intercom, relay messages, handle inventory/film processing, ensure patient-focused customer service, coordinate with departments, and assist in onboarding new staff.

Manages nursing services during assigned shifts, supervising and instructing nursing staff, coordinating patient care with medical staff and other departments, handling staffing, records, supply distribution, and providing direct adult/geriatric patient care. Participates in orientation, evaluations, policy execution, and quality patient relations.

Prepare and assemble meals on tray lines and steam tables, serve and replenish food, follow production orders and diet cards, clean and sanitize workstations and equipment, assist customers, restock beverages, wash dishes, and perform related kitchen duties. Weekend availability required.

Lead and manage perioperative services including PAT, Ambulatory Surgery/Procedures, OR, PACU, and Endoscopy. Oversee staffing, budgeting, quality metrics, regulatory compliance, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Mentor staff, design orientation and continuing education, implement process improvements, and support clinical practice and research-based quality initiatives.

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department: coordinate and deliver nursing services, supervise LPNs/support staff, maintain records and a safe environment, communicate with patients/families, manage crises, and use electronic records systems.

Provide nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic: record vitals, prepare patients for exams and diagnostics, execute medical orders, administer medications, educate patients on prevention, review and document medical records, and guide/support medical assistants and LPNs.

Manage accurate and timely billing and collections for assigned service lines, resolve aged AR and denials, process refunds and credit balances, support audits, ensure payer compliance, and meet AR cash collection metrics.

Provide high-quality patient care in a GI outpatient clinic: obtain vitals and history, assist providers with exams, administer medications and injectables, manage clinic flow, schedule and follow up appointments, maintain records, perform equipment checks, triage/advise patients by phone/message, and perform receptionist duties as needed.

Provide executive leadership for nursing and clinical quality across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and specialty services. Set strategic vision, oversee quality and patient safety, ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness, manage budgets and staffing, lead union relations, and collaborate with executive leaders to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department under RN direction. Collect and record patient data, maintain infection prevention standards, support patient/family needs, and work efficiently within the care team while demonstrating strong computer skills.

Provide high-quality outpatient care: room patients, record vitals and histories, reconcile medications, assist providers with exams and procedures, administer medications and treatments (including injectables), maintain medical records, coordinate referrals/scheduling, stock and check equipment, perform receptionist/secretarial duties as needed, and assist with resuscitation/CPR when required.

Support, monitor, and optimize healthcare business applications across revenue cycle and administrative domains. Troubleshoot user issues, document workflows, prepare enhancement specs, manage master files, liaise with vendors and IS, support implementations, and produce reports/scripting to improve operational integrations and processes.

Process and document all inpatient admissions, verify and update patient histories, medications, allergies, and advance directives in the EHR. Coordinate isolation/safety measures, review physician orders, obtain medication lists, order referrals, assist discharge planning, audit off-shift admissions, support unit managers, and serve as unit medication or charge nurse when required.

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department, coordinate patient care, supervise LPNs and support staff, maintain records and clean environment, manage supplies, communicate with patients and families, remain calm in crises, and use electronic health record systems.

Review patient records in the EHR to improve documentation accuracy, collaborate with clinicians for coding clarification, train staff on documentation best practices, analyze trends to implement process improvements, and maintain compliance with coding guidelines and Meditech updates.

Support ambulatory EMR/PM systems by providing user support, training, access administration, troubleshooting, and reporting. Prepare and analyze practice management/EMR reports, maintain documentation, participate in meetings, and assist with training materials and application enhancements.

Provide clerical and patient-care support for hospital imaging services: review charts/orders, schedule PET and nuclear medicine exams, transport patients, maintain supplies/rooms, answer phones, burn CDs, use RHIO/HealtheConnections, and follow HIPAA and safety procedures.

Part-time program assistant supporting a Healthy Seniors Program: plan, lead, and modify activities for seniors; provide minimal personal care and apartment cleaning; perform clerical tasks; transport participants in program van; monitor supplies; administer basic first aid; report participant concerns.
