Provide overnight direct nursing care to residents requiring ventilator support in a rehabilitation and extended care facility. Coordinate and supervise CNAs and ward clerks, implement care plans, collaborate with physicians, input orders, monitor and chart vitals, assist with wound and personal care, ensure narcotic/documentation compliance, report incidents and suspected abuse, and participate in care planning and unit meetings.

Provide outpatient GI clinic visits and surgical gastroenterology services at Oneida Health Hospital. Work 36 clinical hours/week with one remote admin day. No after-hours call; anesthesia and hospitalist services are in-house. Participate in productivity and quality measures; eligible for incentives, benefits, CME, and relocation/sign-on negotiation.
