Own reliability, scalability, and security for on-prem and AWS deployments. Build observability (Prometheus/Loki/Grafana/ELK), define SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response and postmortems, automate infrastructure (Terraform/Ansible), operate Kubernetes clusters, embed security/compliance controls, eliminate operational toil, and mentor teams.

Serve as the primary customer lead for CENTCOM, driving adoption of Onebrief across headquarters. Provide training, customer support (remote and face-to-face), advise product team on user needs, lead/support exercises, coordinate incident responses, and enable partner expansion while navigating military bureaucracy and classified network environments.

The Senior Release Engineer will design and optimize deployment workflows, manage CI/CD systems, and enhance Kubernetes infrastructure while ensuring security and operational excellence.
