The role requires an active product builder who has shipped software and built AI agents, collaborates intensely, writes clearly, and experiments continuously with models and orchestration techniques.

Build Onebrief’s AI Engineering Platform by designing multi-agent orchestration systems, governance guardrails, semantic context and memory infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and self-healing workflows. Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools to production, experiment with models and orchestration techniques, and collaborate intensively across disciplines. The role requires a product-building mindset, active experience building AI agents, strong communication, and a willingness to automate traditional software development.
