Supports sales growth in an assigned territory by partnering with external wholesalers, advisors, and agents. The position is hybrid in Indianapolis with occasional office attendance as business needs require.

The Payroll Consultant oversees payroll data quality, audits, controls, compliance, banking, adjustments, payroll processing support, payment tracking, reporting, documentation, and employee ticket resolution. The role collaborates with HRIS, Finance, Tax, Legal, vendors, and Internal Audit; maintains compliance with payroll-related laws; supports system testing and training; and leads process improvement initiatives. The position requires a college degree and at least four years of relevant payroll, HR service center, accounting, or tax experience.

Provides strategic leadership for data projects across a business line. Maintains conceptual and relational data models, establishes modeling standards, audits compliance, reviews architecture, identifies component reuse, and aligns business data needs with enterprise data strategy. The role also requires complex SQL development, data performance tuning, project estimation, Agile collaboration, and familiarity with DevOps and modern data technologies.
