Support development, testing, and delivery of life insurance illustration capabilities by defining data integrations, troubleshooting legacy and current illustration systems, authoring product specifications, developing test plans, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

Provides empathetic customer service to life insurance clients and agents through phone and email. Handles policy inquiries, loan balances, demographic updates, transactional requests, escalations, and issue research while pursuing one-call resolutions. Coordinates with internal support teams, maintains service and quality goals, and identifies customer experience improvements. The role includes eight weeks of training, with two weeks onsite, followed by remote work subject to business needs.

Manages transactional case tasks supporting insurance new business and underwriting processes. Orders medical underwriting requirements, updates vendor sites, contacts external carriers about fund transfers, documents information, and ensures cases progress accurately and on time. Maintains performance metrics and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a high-volume environment.
