Oversee and manage all flowback and drill-out operations during well completions, including supervising crews, coordinating with frac and service providers, ensuring safety and compliance, maintaining equipment readiness, monitoring well performance, managing personnel and training, handling reporting/invoicing, and improving operational efficiency while upholding company HSE and quality standards.

Performs on-site assembly, maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair of manual and hydraulic valves for fracturing operations. Travels to remote client sites, performs pressure testing, documents QA/QC, maintains support equipment, inventories parts, and follows HSE and quality procedures.

Drive sales for Frac Pressure Control solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of fracturing methods (Zipper Frac, Simul-Frac) and valve systems. Build and maintain client relationships, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, support cross-functional teams, provide sales forecasts and reports, and promote One X’s integrated completions services. Maintain field presence, attend industry events, and participate in weekly in-person sales meetings.

Drive sales growth for Frac Pressure Control by leveraging technical knowledge of zipper and simul-frac methods, valve and automation systems. Build customer and operations relationships, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, provide forecasts and reports, support cross-functional collaboration, and maintain strong field presence while promoting integrated completions solutions.
