Leads and grows an oilfield fracturing service line, managing personnel, equipment readiness, customer needs, pricing input, spending, invoicing, training, and operational coordination. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and company policies; investigates incidents and non-conformances; manages hiring, scheduling, performance, vendors, and field execution. The role requires outdoor and physical work, equipment operation, safety leadership, and collaboration with sales, dispatch, shop, and regional teams.

Performs on-site assembly, maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair of manual and hydraulic valves for fracturing operations. Travels to remote client sites, performs pressure testing, documents QA/QC, maintains support equipment, inventories parts, and follows HSE and quality procedures.

Drive sales growth for Frac Pressure Control by leveraging technical knowledge of zipper and simul-frac methods, valve and automation systems. Build customer and operations relationships, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, provide forecasts and reports, support cross-functional collaboration, and maintain strong field presence while promoting integrated completions solutions.
