Maintain and support on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, networks, endpoints, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, backups, and security systems. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, manage access and hardware provisioning, document configurations and procedures, support disaster recovery, coordinate with vendors, and participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. The role also assists with helpdesk, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.

Build customer and operations relationships, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, provide forecasts and reports, support cross-functional collaboration, and maintain strong field presence while promoting integrated completions solutions.

Drive sales for Frac Pressure Control solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of fracturing methods (Zipper Frac, Simul-Frac) and valve systems. Build and maintain client relationships, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, support cross-functional teams, provide sales forecasts and reports, and promote One X’s integrated completions services. Maintain field presence, attend industry events, and participate in weekly in-person sales meetings.
