Maintain and support on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, networks, endpoints, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, backups, and security systems. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, manage access and hardware provisioning, document configurations and procedures, support disaster recovery, coordinate with vendors, and participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. The role also assists with helpdesk, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.

Leads and grows an oilfield fracturing service line, managing personnel, equipment readiness, customer needs, pricing input, spending, invoicing, training, and operational coordination. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and company policies; investigates incidents and non-conformances; manages hiring, scheduling, performance, vendors, and field execution. The role requires outdoor and physical work, equipment operation, safety leadership, and collaboration with sales, dispatch, shop, and regional teams.

Performs on-site assembly, maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair of manual and hydraulic valves for fracturing operations. Travels to remote client sites, performs pressure testing, documents QA/QC, maintains support equipment, inventories parts, and follows HSE and quality procedures.
