Develop and execute luxury real estate marketing strategies for agents and listings. Manage marketing for multiple luxury residential development accounts, coordinating strategy, campaigns, timelines, budgets, vendors, agencies, sales teams and developer relationships. Oversee integrated initiatives across digital, social, email, print, events, public relations and sales collateral. Monitor performance, maintain reporting and documentation, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Mentor junior marketing staff, support business development, and provide project updates and recommendations to the VP of Marketing.

Leads luxury real estate development sales programs, including recruiting and coaching sales agents, managing CRM and MLS systems, overseeing sales-center operations, monitoring market trends, managing transactions through closing, and developing sales and marketing strategies. The role owns revenue, profitability, pricing, pipeline reporting, developer meetings, client communication, inventory controls, and brand-aligned sales performance across new developments.

Leads the Development Division marketing team and oversees marketing execution across 15+ luxury residential development projects. Responsibilities include team management, project and client coordination, marketing strategy, campaign execution, budget and vendor management, sales support, performance reporting, and stakeholder communication. The role requires managing multiple deadlines, maintaining marketing standards, supporting launches and broker outreach, and aligning initiatives with developer and sales objectives in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
