Serve as the primary customer quality contact: manage complaints, warranty and field failures; lead root-cause analyses (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa); coordinate corrective/preventive actions and cross-functional teams; ensure compliance with IATF 16949/ISO9001 and customer requirements; support PPAP/APQP, track quality KPIs, present reports, and approve product/control documentation.

The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for RFQ management, price negotiation, customer communication, sales documentation, and achieving budgeted sales, with a focus on the Indian automotive market.

The position involves customer interaction for technical data, BOM management, product specifications evaluation, and supplier coordination in an automotive engineering context.
