Leads global procurement project management activities across OEM and Tier 1 customer programs, including RFQs, industrialization, launches, serial production support, portfolio prioritization, resource steering, risk and escalation management, governance reviews, and stakeholder alignment. Provides functional leadership to up to nine global procurement project managers and supports procurement and business strategy execution across regions.

Manages customer quality activities during SOP and initial product delivery, communicates customer requirements, leads corrective and preventive action processes, monitors the quality management system, prepares and reviews PPAP documentation, and trains 3PL quality teams on inspection standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of automotive quality experience, familiarity with core quality tools, Office 365, and automotive standards such as ES SPEC.

Develops manufacturing process documentation and controls, including critical characteristics matrices, line standards, operation flows, control plans, work instructions, equipment approvals, parameter sheets, validation dummies, and packaging instructions. Collaborates with quality teams, supports project launches and execution, and ensures operational training and product quality.
