Reviews accounting practices, financial statements, expenditures, and fund usage for compliance with federal laws, regulations, OMB guidance, and accounting standards. Identifies corrective actions for improper expenditures and prepares draft operating budget requests. The role requires financial statement knowledge, spreadsheet and word-processing proficiency, strong communication skills, a relevant bachelor’s degree, Public Trust eligibility, and on-site work for a government client.

Receives, inspects, processes, and records packages and deliveries. Directs commercial vehicles, coordinates loading dock parking and off-loading, verifies documentation, and follows facility security, safety, and operational procedures.

Provides administrative and analytical support in a federal government environment by organizing case files, reviewing and entering data, reconciling inconsistencies, preparing reports, processing documents and requests, and coordinating information with investigative agencies and government offices.
