Support federal PIV credentialing operations: issue and manage access credentials, maintain records per HSPD-12/ICAM/PACS, coordinate background investigations, handle sensitive data, and ensure compliance with GSA and Privacy Act requirements.

Lead and manage international procurement operations for MCC-funded programs, serving as primary contact for MCC and contractor teams. Oversee project execution, staffing, schedules, QA/QC, procurement policy guidance, tools development, training, and market outreach. Coordinate technical assistance, prepare reports, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with MCC and donor procurement standards.

Provide executive-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior Department of State leadership. Manage executive calendars, correspondence, travel, clearance processes, SharePoint sites, onboarding/offboarding, congressional and public communications, and prepare briefing materials while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with Department policies.
