Own and harden the RHEL-based OS and container platform for on-prem energy SCADA hosts. Build/version RHEL and SCADA container images, run containers via Podman/quadlets, manage host networking and firewall, define patch/lifecycle strategies for offline sites, troubleshoot OS/container/runtime issues, and document runbooks. Maintain Windows image pipeline in steady state.

Support reliability of utility-scale battery energy storage systems by reviewing reactive work orders, creating and updating maintenance/troubleshooting procedures in Limble, analyzing failure trends, supporting field troubleshooting, and documenting procedure revisions and rationale.

Leads R&D product concept development and systems architecture for grid-scale energy storage products. Authors and manages requirements, guides preliminary design and prototyping, coordinates vendor engineering and qualification, facilitates trade studies, manages technical risks, and supports design transfer, deployment, commissioning, and production issue resolution. The role requires cross-functional technical leadership across hardware, firmware, testing, supply chain, product management, and operations.

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Troubleshoot production issues, validate supply chain readiness, support new product introduction and ramp-up, partner with design and supply chain, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Own governance of the approved corporate SG&A budget: maintain budget baselines, cost center structure, and commitment visibility; monitor spend, headcount, and capital budgets; produce budget-control reporting; support SOX readiness and improve NetSuite and reporting tools to strengthen financial discipline.

Manage end-to-end prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance for battery storage projects to secure §48E tax credits. Develop programs, monitor contractor payroll and apprenticeship ratios, remediate deficiencies, prepare diligence documentation, track regulatory changes, build reporting, and provide training and guidance to internal teams and contractors.

Support ERP applications by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and executing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across Finance, HR, Inventory, and Procurement. Validate data migrations and integrations, log and track defects, provide Service Desk support and basic system administration, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and train end users.

Support the full data workflow: ingest and structure data, perform cleaning and validation, run exploratory analysis and visualizations, assist with ML/DL experiments and model evaluation, and contribute to predictive maintenance and ERCOT market analytics projects.
