Field-facing role to deploy, configure, and support OT networks for utility-scale BESS projects. Ensure reliable communications between EMS, PCS, BMS, protection relays, meters, and SCADA; troubleshoot, document architectures, support FAT/SAT, and hand over sites to service teams.

Develop and operate hardware-in-the-loop and real-time simulation systems for energy storage and power conversion products. Build real-time models, integrate controllers and firmware, execute functional and fault test campaigns, automate testing and reporting, investigate failures, and support root-cause analysis. The role requires hands-on laboratory work with power electronics, controls, data acquisition, industrial protocols, and test documentation.

Leads advanced power and energy systems integration across microgrids, energy storage, controls, protection, communications, testbeds, commissioning, and commercial deployments. Builds and manages an engineering integration team, directs technology evaluation and validation, establishes technical governance and readiness processes, resolves complex multi-vendor systems issues, and communicates technical risk and evidence to customers, suppliers, partners, and executives.
