Lead architecture and technical authority for grid-connected inverters and converter controls for MW-scale systems. Define engineering standards, ensure compliance with grid and UPS standards, manage vendor relationships, support proposals and commissioning, mentor engineers, and drive product improvements from design through field operation.

Administer and own the PLM system to support engineering and manufacturing processes: configure workflows, enforce data governance (BOMs, CAD, lifecycles), manage integrations and migrations, troubleshoot issues, train users, oversee upgrades, vendor/licensing management, and ensure compliance and traceability.

Lead the Engineering Change Control Board and manage end-to-end change processes (ECR/ECO/ECN). Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments, maintain PLM/QMS documentation and traceability, enforce configuration management, report metrics, support audits, and drive continuous improvement of change control procedures.
