Designs and executes infrastructure QA plans covering RHEL updates, containerized deployments, platform upgrades, performance testing, rollback safety, and CI/CD validation. Builds test automation and monitoring scripts, validates server sizing and production-bound systems under load, and collaborates with systems, DevOps, and application engineering teams on acceptance criteria. Documents defects and qualification outcomes while troubleshooting issues across operating system, network, and application layers.

Leads the Systems Engineering R&D function for grid-scale energy storage, power conversion, UPS, and power quality products. Establishes systems engineering governance across architecture, requirements, interfaces, risk, verification, qualification, and design transfer. Manages and develops systems engineers, guides multidisciplinary technical decisions, oversees product verification and field deployment, and coordinates with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, program management, and service teams. Requires extensive leadership experience in complex power or energy hardware development.

Leads R&D product concept development and systems architecture for grid-scale energy storage products. Owns requirements engineering, feasibility studies, preliminary design, prototyping, design reviews, vendor technical coordination, trade studies, risk management, and transition from validated prototypes to production. Supports deployment issue resolution and continuous improvement while coordinating hardware, firmware, test, product, operations, and supply chain teams.
