Provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Senior Legal Counsel and legal department. Responsibilities include preparing, proofreading, and editing documents; coordinating meetings, calendars, travel, correspondence, records, reports, and office supplies; handling confidential information; answering calls; processing SAP purchase requisitions; and supporting department operations and special projects.

Coordinates monthly financial close activities, manages general ledger entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, intercompany, asset, lease, VAT, and cash accounting. Leads the design, implementation, administration, enhancement, and lifecycle management of SAP MDG solutions. Collaborates with business, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver master data governance, workflow, integration, and process improvement initiatives. Oversees roadmaps, releases, change management, documentation, reporting, service performance, risk mitigation, and post-go-live support across SAP MDG, ECC, and S/4HANA environments.

Execute weekly supplier payment runs, process additional payment requests, clear outgoing payments in SAP and Autobank, and reduce manual or urgent payments. Leads daily Travel and Expense Management operations within Purchase-to-Pay, ensuring accurate processing, policy compliance, issue resolution, financial postings, and service-level performance. Oversees four direct reports, supports training and capacity planning, coordinates with internal stakeholders, and serves as the SAP Concur business expert. Drives process standardization, continuous improvement, system integration, testing, and automation initiatives while escalating complex operational issues.

Leads a Billing Management team within the Order-to-Cash function, overseeing billing, service charging, accounts receivable sub-ledger activities, KPIs, SLAs, issue resolution, reconciliations, and period-end close. Drives process improvements, system and workflow changes, data accuracy, risk management, team development, capacity planning, and stakeholder coordination across Finance, Sales, Credit Management, process teams, service providers, customers, and tax authorities.

Maintains and improves plant automation and process control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, networking, instrumentation, and related hardware. Troubleshoots production issues, manages process change requests, maintains technical documentation, supports capital projects, and assists with system maintenance, commissioning, and startup. Collaborates with engineering, production, maintenance, contractors, and plant personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Manages deadlines, SLAs, KPIs, exceptions, tax filings, provisions, and reporting while coordinating with Group Tax, finance stakeholders, authorities, auditors, and consultants. Supports root-cause analysis, process standardization, system testing, change management, training, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Executes indirect tax activities including VAT returns, reconciliations, audits, Intrastat and EC Sales reporting. Monitors tax regulations, resolves operational issues, tracks KPIs and SLAs, and supports process standardization, system improvements, change management, testing, and training. Collaborates with Group Tax, finance stakeholders, auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants while ensuring compliance with tax, accounting, internal control, and audit requirements.

Lead regional technical and commercial strategy for flame retardants, driving portfolio growth, solution commercialization, key account development, supplier partnerships, and regulatory-compliant formulation across Asia Pacific.

Lead compliance, governance, risk management, training, and internal investigations across the Americas. Manage fraud and misconduct cases, whistleblowing channels, risk assessments, corrective actions, and compliance communications while advising regional business leaders and partnering with Legal and other stakeholders. The role requires Spanish and English proficiency and 30–50% travel across the Americas.

The Senior Process Expert oversees and improves the Book-to-Close process, including GL accounting, asset accounting, and month-end closing. Responsibilities include process governance, KPI development, internal controls, compliance, process standardization, automation prioritization, SAP implementation support, business requirements, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with IT, risk management, finance teams, and business units across the organization, with travel of up to 20–25%.
