Analyzes, designs, and improves regional business processes supporting Transform & Digital systems. Facilitates collaboration between business users and development teams, leads process re-engineering and improvement initiatives, translates business requirements into system roadmaps, documents solutions, supports project management, and provides training and knowledge sharing.

Transforms SAP and enterprise data into executive-ready insights on profitability, margins, costs, KPIs, and value creation. Builds analytical models, dashboards, reporting logic, visualization layers, and data refresh processes. Applies AI-enabled tools to improve analytics scalability and collaborates with Finance and business teams to convert findings into measurable performance improvements.

Perform independent R&D laboratory work including literature reviews, experimental design, statistics, and technical reporting. Lead day-to-day lab activities and small technical sub-teams, contribute to patents and publications, ensure safety/ISO compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop value-creating solutions.

Lead and execute B2C GL accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, statutory and internal reporting. Serve as SME for statutory audit support, coordinate auditors, resolve complex posting issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive process improvements and system implementations (SAP, Coupa, Trintech, OneStream). Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, maintain controls, coach peers, and liaise with finance stakeholders and external auditors.

Drive integration of sustainability into procurement processes, translate regulatory requirements into procurement implications, define analytics requirements and report designs, coordinate with analytics and procurement teams, operationalize process improvements, support ESG reporting and supplier assessments, document requirements and training materials, and ensure consistent procurement process governance and KPIs across the organization.

Manage end-to-end purchase order processing, support PO-based invoice and payment activities, maintain supplier and master data, resolve P2P issues and escalations, monitor open POs and deliveries, coordinate with warehouses and suppliers, ensure compliance with P2P policies, and support period-end GR/IR and finance reconciliation.

Lead development and delivery of a risk-based internal audit strategy and annual plan. Execute audits across regions and functions, provide assurance and advisory services, support investigations, maintain audit methodology and quality, leverage data analytics and ERP insights, and build relationships with the Audit Committee and senior management while leading and developing the Internal Audit team.

Lead daily production and operations, partnering with the Plant Manager to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets. Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and supply chain; drive Lean continuous improvement and equipment reliability; develop supervisors and operators; ensure compliance with food/pharma GMP and ISO/FSSC standards; support budgeting, capital projects, and audits.

Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives: own plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; coordinate architecture, engineering, analytics and AI teams; align business requirements with technical execution; support agile ceremonies, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Lead process control and automation improvements across plants: optimize process control, reduce energy costs, improve equipment and energy monitoring, support audits, transfer knowledge, develop standards, and mentor competence centers while ensuring safety and compliance.

Execute daily Purchase-to-Pay invoice processing and three-way matching, resolve complex exceptions, ensure period-end AP accuracy and reconciliations, drive process improvements, support implementation of tools and pilots, and act as subject matter expert liaising with Procurement, business units and suppliers.

Lead regional Purchase-to-Pay operations to ensure end-to-end P2P execution, enforce global standards and controls, manage performance and escalations, implement process improvements and automation, and develop regional P2P leads while coordinating with Procurement, Finance and external partners.

Lead functional design of MES/MOM solutions and end-to-end manufacturing processes, align production execution with ERP/LIMS/WMS/shopfloor systems, validate processes on-site, support S&OP feasibility, and participate in vendor evaluation and global standardization.

Execute daily Purchase-to-Pay activities including payment proposal creation, payment runs, reconciliations, and resolving blocked payments or supplier queries. Monitor KPIs/SLAs, liaise with Treasury and stakeholders, support continuous improvement and process changes, and apply P2P systems. Identify automation/AI opportunities and escalate recurring issues to the Team Lead.

Lead regional Source-to-Contract logistics sourcing: adapt global category strategies regionally, run sourcing events, manage supplier performance and master data, resolve operational escalations, drive process standardization and continuous improvement, and support or lead a sourcing operations team while coordinating with Logistics, Procurement, Legal, Finance and stakeholders.

Manage the full lifecycle of customer inquiries and tickets, ensure SLA compliance, coordinate escalations, administer ServiceNow, maintain knowledge base, track performance metrics, drive process improvements, and plan staffing for 1st-3rd level support.
