Provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Senior Legal Counsel and legal department. Responsibilities include preparing, proofreading, and editing documents; coordinating meetings, calendars, travel, correspondence, records, reports, and office supplies; handling confidential information; answering calls; processing SAP purchase requisitions; and supporting department operations and special projects.

Coordinates monthly financial close activities, manages general ledger entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, intercompany, asset, lease, VAT, and cash accounting. Prepares balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, VAT schedules, and payment approvals while resolving quality-control issues and maintaining supporting documentation. Requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, English proficiency, SAP experience, and excellent organization and communication skills.

Develops and manages Asia Pacific marketing communications plans and integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels. Coordinates regional and country teams, messaging, content, events, agencies, budgets, timelines, lead capture, and campaign measurement. Ensures brand consistency, supports digital touchpoints, reports performance in Salesforce, and translates results into improvements. Requires collaboration with sales, product, global marketing, and external partners, plus up to 33% regional travel.
