Lead regional implementation of logistics sourcing category strategy, execute Source-to-Contract activities, manage supplier selection and performance, resolve operational escalations, drive process standardization, and support team development and stakeholder alignment across procurement, legal, finance, and business partners.

Manage the full lifecycle of customer inquiries and tickets (ServiceNow), ensure SLA compliance, coordinate escalations, monitor performance metrics, maintain knowledge base and SOPs, optimize processes, plan staffing/substitutions, and serve as super-user for contact-management IT systems.

Lead and manage global Tax Operations for corporate, indirect, withholding and transfer pricing compliance across multi‑location operations. Ensure adherence to process standards, monitor KPIs, manage escalations and audits, implement process improvements, support system rollouts, and develop a small team while liaising with Group Tax, finance stakeholders, tax authorities and external advisors.
