Facilitates collaboration between business users and development teams, leads process re-engineering and improvement initiatives, translates business requirements into system roadmaps, documents solutions, supports project management, and provides training and knowledge sharing.

Transforms SAP and enterprise data into executive-ready insights on profitability, margins, costs, KPIs, and value creation. Builds analytical models, dashboards, reporting logic, visualization layers, and data refresh processes. Applies AI-enabled tools to improve analytics scalability and collaborates with Finance and business teams to convert findings into measurable performance improvements.

Perform independent R&D laboratory work including literature reviews, experimental design, statistics, and technical reporting. Lead day-to-day lab activities and small technical sub-teams, contribute to patents and publications, ensure safety/ISO compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop value-creating solutions.
