Analyzes and resolves logistics and warehouse operational issues across OMRON and third-party logistics providers. Responsibilities include monitoring warehouse responsiveness, managing ServiceNow requests, tracking KPIs, maintaining performance records, identifying process gaps, analyzing Excel and reporting data, proposing solutions, and supporting continuous-improvement projects and implementations.

Manage day-to-day FTZ import/export operations and act as primary liaison with CBP and customs brokers. File entries, prepare CBP documentation, support audits and post-entry corrections, maintain FTZ administration and audit programs, manage freight forwarders and FTZ vendors, and deliver FTZ training and presentations.

Lead global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Omron's cobot solutions. Translate customer insights into go-to-market offerings, drive cross-functional launches, align with sales, engineering, and partners, and measure performance against revenue, adoption, pipeline, and margin targets.

Oversee the development of industrial robots, managing projects from inception to launch while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to guidelines.
