Analyzes and resolves logistics and warehouse operational issues across OMRON and third-party logistics providers. Responsibilities include monitoring warehouse responsiveness, managing ServiceNow requests, tracking KPIs, maintaining performance records, identifying process gaps, analyzing Excel and reporting data, proposing solutions, and supporting continuous-improvement projects and implementations.

Manage day-to-day FTZ import/export operations and act as primary liaison with CBP and customs brokers. File entries, prepare CBP documentation, support audits and post-entry corrections, maintain FTZ administration and audit programs, manage freight forwarders and FTZ vendors, and deliver FTZ training and presentations.

The Manager will lead the Digital Sales Team, drive sales performance, develop business objectives, and mentor the Automation Solutions Consultants. They will also manage key account relationships and ensure compliance with business processes.
