Lead complex digital product projects from discovery through launch and beyond. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, defining scope, managing timelines and budgets, identifying risks, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, aligning clients and technical teams, evaluating technical trade-offs, and ensuring successful delivery of websites, platforms, mobile applications, and AI-driven products.

Create authentic photo and video content for Instagram and LinkedIn, interview team members, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and showcase OWOW’s people and projects. Adapt content for different audiences, experiment with creative concepts, monitor social media trends, and contribute to the company’s brand storytelling. The intern will work from the Eindhoven office at least three days weekly and receive guidance, equipment access, and hands-on experience.

Lead end-to-end client discovery engagements focused on AI, automation, and digital transformation. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, map processes and data landscapes, identify high-value opportunities, develop ROI-based business cases and phased roadmaps, and present recommendations to senior decision-makers. Bridge clients with product, engineering, and design teams while helping standardize and scale the discovery practice. Use AI tools for transcript analysis, rapid prototyping, and documentation.
