Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots Omni’s LAN, WAN, VLAN, WLAN, servers, network hardware, VPN gateways, and INFOSEC systems. Monitors network security and availability, manages routing, authentication, patches, documentation, and network addressing, and supports data center infrastructure. Develops HIPAA-compliant configurations, assists with technology evaluations, and provides support across healthcare clinics and corporate offices.

Manages leave of absence, workers’ compensation, disability, accommodation, and return-to-work programs. Oversees complex cases, assigned staff, compliance, audits, workflows, reporting, training, and process improvements. Advises leaders and employees, collaborates with insurers, legal counsel, medical providers, and regulators, and supports risk mitigation, cost containment, and employee experience initiatives.

Administers employee leave and workers’ compensation programs, including case management, legal compliance, medical documentation, payroll coordination, reporting, and return-to-work processes. Supports broader HR functions such as benefits, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, compensation, policy development, affirmative action, and compliance. Maintains personnel records and HR systems, prepares reports, facilitates process meetings, and ensures HIPAA and employee confidentiality requirements are followed.

Directs finance, accounting, purchasing, payroll, banking, budgeting, reporting, audits, revenue cycle controls, and financial planning for a community health organization. Leads finance teams, maintains GAAP-compliant policies, oversees regulatory and grant reporting, monitors cash flow and contracts, manages internal controls, and supports cost containment and operational improvements. Partners with the CFO and department leaders on strategic planning, budgets, provider reimbursement, compliance, and organizational financial viability.

Installs, administers, monitors, and supports servers, SAN/NAS storage, applications, cloud services, Microsoft 365, operating systems, backups, security updates, and network infrastructure. Troubleshoots system issues, manages accounts and access permissions, supports performance and capacity planning, maintains security certificates, and assists with data center operations, documentation, compliance, and helpdesk guidance. Requires occasional travel between clinics and corporate offices and may involve after-hours support.

Manages IT infrastructure teams and oversees network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, security, connectivity, data centers, maintenance, and disaster recovery. Leads infrastructure design, monitoring, continuity planning, change control, outage response, compliance, vendor coordination, project delivery, budgeting, documentation, and staff supervision across healthcare facilities.

Supports accounting operations including banking, fixed assets, inventory, leases, payables, purchasing, reconciliations, journal entries, financial close, invoices, grants, and financial reporting. Maintains accurate records, reviews documentation and coding, coordinates with vendors and auditors, and ensures compliance with organizational, financial, and regulatory policies. Uses electronic medical practice systems and protects confidential patient information under HIPAA requirements.
