Coordinates recruitment and onboarding for healthcare organization employees. Sources and screens candidates, partners with hiring managers, schedules interviews, develops assessment tools, coordinates offers, supports first-day onboarding, maintains recruitment reporting, participates in job fairs, and ensures compliance with employment regulations and HIPAA. Requires strong communication, organization, recruiting, negotiation, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills, with occasional travel to organizational locations and recruitment events.

Directs finance, accounting, purchasing, payroll, banking, budgeting, reporting, audits, revenue cycle controls, and financial planning for a community health organization. Leads finance teams, maintains GAAP-compliant policies, oversees regulatory and grant reporting, monitors cash flow and contracts, manages internal controls, and supports cost containment and operational improvements. Partners with the CFO and department leaders on strategic planning, budgets, provider reimbursement, compliance, and organizational financial viability.

Installs, administers, monitors, and supports servers, SAN/NAS storage, applications, cloud services, Microsoft 365, operating systems, backups, security updates, and network infrastructure. Troubleshoots system issues, manages accounts and access permissions, supports performance and capacity planning, maintains security certificates, and assists with data center operations, documentation, compliance, and helpdesk guidance. Requires occasional travel between clinics and corporate offices and may involve after-hours support.
