Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market hiring in the US: build deep sourcing pipelines, run outreach campaigns, screen and close candidates, partner with GTM leaders to define roles and scorecards, then scale hiring processes, coach interviewers, and maintain ATS hygiene while leveraging AI.

Lead end-to-end product design for enterprise procurement workflows: conduct customer research with procurement/finance/security stakeholders, define problems, create high-quality shipped designs, and help build scalable design patterns and systems while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.

The Events & Community Lead will own and execute marketing events for Omnea in North America, growing brand presence and generating sales pipeline through strategic trade shows and community building initiatives.
