Provides comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar and email management, meeting coordination, travel booking, expense and invoice administration, stakeholder communication, and confidential information handling. The role also supports board materials, investor updates, executive briefings, process improvements, and productivity systems while proactively prioritizing competing demands for company leadership.

Build and operate AI-assisted software development tools, agent infrastructure, development environments, automated validation, and evaluation systems. Improve engineering productivity by identifying bottlenecks, selecting tooling, and delivering reliable internal platforms. The role spans application development and AWS serverless infrastructure, with ownership from technical design through deployment and ongoing operation. It involves close collaboration with product engineers and platform teams, plus measuring adoption, quality, reliability, and cost improvements.

Work with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-value AI opportunities, design and prototype AI-powered procurement solutions, demonstrate business value, and drive implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes. The role combines customer workshops, solution architecture, stakeholder presentations, automation, and domain expertise across procurement, finance, and supply chain.
