Support cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, develop and execute product/process qualification plans, apply APQP tools (FMEA, control plans, PPAP), analyze quality data, drive CAPA, manage supplier quality, maintain quality systems and audits, and participate in new product development.

Lead and develop a field sales team for the FastenMaster Division in a defined region. Drive sales plans, meet targets and quotas, forecast performance, manage expenses, coordinate cross-functional programs, gather market/customer feedback, maintain customer relationships, and support operations to meet fill-rate expectations.

Lead New Product Development & Innovation projects for the FastenMaster division through OMG's Stage-Gate (PDR) process. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, VOC translation, gate reviews, launch readiness, KPI tracking, and cross-functional team alignment. Mentor junior PMs and use generative AI tools responsibly for communication and analysis. Promote safety and complete commercialization tasks.

Lead and execute Lean and Continuous Improvement programs across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and OEE methodologies. Plan and run Kaizen events, develop value stream maps and standard work, train staff at all levels, drive root-cause problem solving, track CI metrics and financial impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, variability, and cost while promoting safety and sustainability.

Support supply chain by processing and coordinating orders between Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Manage ETAs, freight charges, shipping documentation, freight claims, tracking logs, and expedited shipments while maintaining communication with customers and internal teams.
