Support cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, develop and execute product/process qualification plans, apply APQP tools (FMEA, control plans, PPAP), analyze quality data, drive CAPA, manage supplier quality, maintain quality systems and audits, and participate in new product development.

Lead New Product Development & Innovation projects for the FastenMaster division through OMG's Stage-Gate (PDR) process. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, VOC translation, gate reviews, launch readiness, KPI tracking, and cross-functional team alignment. Mentor junior PMs and use generative AI tools responsibly for communication and analysis. Promote safety and complete commercialization tasks.

Lead and execute Lean and Continuous Improvement programs across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and OEE methodologies. Plan and run Kaizen events, develop value stream maps and standard work, train staff at all levels, drive root-cause problem solving, track CI metrics and financial impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, variability, and cost while promoting safety and sustainability.

Manage and coach sales representatives across the Pacific Northwest territory, develop new and existing accounts, design sales strategies, analyze sales data, monitor competitors, meet customers, and ensure sales quotas and KPIs are met. Requires regular travel and hands-on field activity.
