Responsibilities include AML, anti-terrorist financing, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption due diligence; compliance monitoring; policy development; regulatory tracking; training; risk assessment; and reporting to senior leadership. The role requires strong stakeholder influence, communication, analytical problem-solving, business judgment, and preferably real estate and legal experience.

Supports regulatory compliance and ethics activities for private equity and private capital businesses. Responsibilities include transaction diligence, anti-money laundering and anti-bribery assessments, compliance monitoring, training, reporting to senior management and the board, and policy development and administration. The role also provides compliance-related transaction support to legal and investment deal teams and coordinates with business, finance, legal, HR, and IT stakeholders.

Provides confidential administrative and executive support to two Managing Directors and their infrastructure investments team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, preparation of reports and presentations, confidential file administration, stakeholder communication, project assistance, and office duties. The role requires discretion, strong organization, customer service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and flexibility in a fast-paced international environment.

Supports enterprise FP&A through consolidated budgeting, quarterly forecasting, performance reporting, scenario analysis, return calculations, and variance analysis. Prepares executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and narratives for Oxford’s Executive Committee and OMERS. Partners with global finance and investment teams to evaluate business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Contributes to FP&A modernization through driver-based planning, standardized KPIs, automation, AI-enabled analysis, and Power BI reporting while maintaining reporting tools and completing ad hoc analyses.

Support and monitor production automations and AI-enabled workflows (UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry).
