Develops, reviews, and closes complex work packages for facility operations, maintenance, and modifications in regulated environments. Creates work instructions, procedures, safety documentation, estimates, and testing requirements; resolves planning constraints; coordinates with engineering, safety, maintenance, and operations; and ensures compliance with DOE and LANL requirements. The role uses CMMS and procedure-writing tools, supports field walk-downs and work execution, and requires on-site work in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Manages technical and operational projects from initiation through completion, defining requirements, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and project controls. Performs cost analysis, schedule planning, cost trend identification, and EVMS support using Primavera P6 and Cobra. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, develops processes, ensures timely delivery, and provides innovative cost and schedule guidance for DOE/NNSA-related projects.

Requires extensive project controls experience, EVMS expertise, and DOE clearance eligibility.

Serves as principal architect for complex enterprise hardware, software, database, networking, and telecommunications solutions. Leads requirements gathering, multidisciplinary solution design, systems integration, technical architecture, and project implementation. Manages documentation, training, schedules, budgets, resources, and benefits realization while providing technical leadership and ensuring security and safety compliance. Supports enterprise web applications, project controls, and Oracle- and database-based environments.

Develops, reviews, and manages complex work packages for maintenance, operations, and system modifications. Creates labor, material, scheduling, safety, testing, isolation, and work instructions; coordinates permits, documentation, databases, training, and quality requirements. Researches planning problems, recommends solutions, prepares reports, and communicates requirements to technical and nontechnical personnel. Provides operational direction to support staff and collaborates with maintenance, engineering, operations, and facility teams while ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures and regulations.

Develops and maintains complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views; optimizes database performance and scalability; performs data modeling and schema design; supports ETL and data integration initiatives; ensures data integrity, security, and compliance; troubleshoots database issues; and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.

Lead the client-side SAP data migration workstream for a greenfield S/4HANA implementation. Challenge system integrator plans, advise on migration architecture and tooling, coordinate data owners and delivery teams, manage cleansing and mock-load cycles, independently review reconciliation, ensure regulatory compliance, assess readiness and risks, and support go-live hypercare and leadership reporting.

The role requires strong Java and Spring expertise, with Angular and MySQL experience preferred. Responsibilities include solving complex IT problems, applying test-driven development, planning and coordinating technical work, and contributing to organizational objectives. The position requires a bachelor's degree with five years of related experience or equivalent, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.

Edit, format, and quality-check Safety Basis documentation for nuclear and high-hazard facilities. Ensure documents comply with DOE orders, regulations, templates, style guides, and configuration-management requirements. Coordinate with engineers, safety analysts, authors, and subject matter experts to resolve comments and improve clarity without changing technical intent. Track revisions, maintain version control, and prepare documentation for internal reviews, audits, approvals, and submissions.

Performs electrical engineering design, analysis, calculations, and design-package development for facility design, operations, maintenance, construction, and project support. Applies DOE/NNSA and DoD codes and standards, coordinates system integration across disciplines, interfaces with stakeholders, and may direct technicians. Requires independent work in multidisciplinary environments and familiarity with construction documents and CAD or engineering markup tools.

Develops, integrates, tests, documents, and supports complex software applications and systems. Partners with customers and end users to gather requirements, design solutions, and improve processes. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, training, and user support while applying Agile/Scrum methodologies. Responsibilities include system integration, implementation planning, reporting, documentation, capacity planning, risk management, and coordination with analysts, database administrators, and system administrators.

Manage low-to-moderate complexity supply chain and manufacturing projects supporting LANL’s ERP Modernization program. Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout; maintain schedules, plans, charters, risks, issues, and dependencies; coordinate business, technical, vendor, and functional teams; support readiness and adoption; and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
