Leads technical project delivery from statement of work through closeout, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, changes, quality, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates engineers, clients, customer success teams, account managers, and vendors across concurrent projects. Develops project plans, roadmaps, status reports, acceptance criteria, and governance processes while improving delivery practices. The role requires technical literacy across cloud, networking, virtualization, and servers, plus occasional client travel.

Manages an assigned portfolio of managed services customers as the primary contact. Builds relationships, coordinates internal resources, handles service requests, prepares quotes, manages renewals and negotiations, monitors customer health, resolves concerns, maintains sales opportunities, and identifies account expansion and revenue-growth opportunities.
