Provides customer-facing security and compliance consulting, including risk assessments, regulatory compliance, audits, vulnerability scanning, policy development, incident response, penetration testing support, and forensic investigations. Coordinates with SOC teams and customer stakeholders, develops remediation plans, manages security tools, conducts workforce security awareness training, and supports secure architecture and disaster recovery planning. Requires at least three years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and CISSP certification.

Generate and close new business opportunities for Omega Systems through independent prospecting and full-cycle sales. Responsibilities include lead generation, qualification, presentations, contract negotiation, quota attainment, territory planning, CRM management, and consultative selling to SMB and mid-market customers. The role focuses on recurring-revenue IT services and requires collaboration with solution architecture, inside sales, and marketing teams. Travel is required for customer discoveries, presentations, company locations, and events.

Leads technical project delivery from statement of work through closeout, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, changes, quality, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates engineers, clients, customer success teams, account managers, and vendors across concurrent projects. Develops project plans, roadmaps, status reports, acceptance criteria, and governance processes while improving delivery practices. The role requires technical literacy across cloud, networking, virtualization, and servers, plus occasional client travel.
