Leads plant-level human resources operations and develops the HR team while partnering with plant leadership on workforce strategy. Oversees recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, investigations, performance management, training, succession planning, compensation, benefits, payroll accuracy, and HR analytics. Drives employee engagement, retention, inclusion, and workforce effectiveness in an on-site manufacturing environment.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for plant employees including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HRIS recordkeeping (Dayforce). Support compliance with employment laws, lead engagement initiatives, oversee internship and scholarship programs, and collaborate on HR projects and continuous improvement.

Supervise production scheduling and labor allocation to optimize resource utilization, reduce downtime, and meet demand. Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, coordinate with procurement, quality, and sales, mentor planning staff, and report performance to management.
