Provide expert Tier-2 support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, software, and network connectivity. Install/configure systems and patches, deploy workstations and accounts, document processes and assets, maintain security/compliance, support collaboration/conference-room systems, deliver user training, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve advanced issues.

Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations. Ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, analyze performance versus budgets, and support strategic decisions. Supervise and develop the accounting team and lead process improvements and special projects.

Support plant accounting by maintaining the general ledger, performing month-end close, preparing journal entries and financial statements, analyzing costs and inventory, producing reports, and supporting budgeting, quoting, and project-based accounting.
