Provides nursing care for patients in the Short Stay Unit by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. Supports professional nursing standards, manages varied patient circumstances, and may respond to emergency or crisis situations.

Supports enterprise healthcare application systems through system analysis, upgrades, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, backup and recovery procedures, and operational standards. Leads complex technical projects across departments and teams, supports EHR, HIE, ERP, workforce management, and time-tracking systems, and may provide end-user training and application support.

Provides direct nursing care to ICU and telemetry patients, including assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, patient and family education, and supervision of support staff. Performs diagnostic imaging procedures across at least two modalities, including CT and other specialties. Requires ARRT registration, Washington State licensure, an additional imaging specialty credential, and BLS certification. Radiology and secondary-specialty experience are preferred, with cross-sectional anatomy knowledge preferred for CT and MRI.

Supervises day-to-day operations for an assigned medical clinic, including registration, medical records, billing and coding support, scheduling, mail, and other administrative functions. Oversees clinic staff, leads meetings, participates in performance reviews and disciplinary processes, provides HR counseling, and joins provider-management meetings. Requires BLS certification; healthcare clinic, business administration, and medical coding or billing experience are preferred.

Plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates nursing education programs. Conducts educational needs assessments, supports quality improvement, and consults with department managers on staff education and competency development. Requires a current Washington State RN license, BLS certification within 30 days, and three years of continuous nursing experience. Medical/surgical or critical care experience, teaching experience, and a BSN are preferred.

Provides exercise assessment, testing, and rehabilitation programs for patients and healthy clients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and metabolic conditions. Conducts health screenings, strength, flexibility, body composition, and diagnostic testing such as ECGs. Educates clients on exercise, lifestyle self-care, and chronic disease management while collaborating with healthcare professionals.
