Supervise day-to-day operations of non-technical diagnostic imaging staff (scheduling, transcription, file room, reception/registration). Ensure patient care follows physician orders and policies, prioritize workload, resolve problems, make independent decisions, and provide leadership and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide primary-care level urgent/walk-in medical services for patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic. Collaborate with physicians, rotate weekend/holiday coverage, maintain licensure, DEA, BLS, CME credits, and OMC medical staff privileges. No on-call duties; eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Lead patient safety, patient experience, and medical staff services programs; supervise program staff; ensure regulatory readiness; use data-driven safety science and human-centered advocacy to reduce preventable harm and strengthen high-reliability operations.

Lead and administer Olympic Medical Center's compliance program. Develop policies, training, auditing/monitoring, tools and templates; investigate high-risk compliance issues; oversee remediation and regulatory reporting; advise leadership, board, and staff to ensure alignment with federal/state laws and HHS/OIG/DOJ expectations.

Provide direct nursing care and supervision for ICU/Telemetry patients: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; supervise LPNs and support staff; deliver patient and family teaching; maintain professional nursing standards and unit continuity. Night shift with weekend/holiday coverage and various shift differentials.

Provide inpatient-focused internal medicine care as part of a multidisciplinary hospitalist team: evaluate, diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for adult inpatients, participate in a 7-on/7-off schedule, use the Epic EHR, collaborate with local consultants, and maintain required certifications and medical staff privileges.

Support the smooth operation of rehabilitation patient treatment areas: prepare treatment rooms and gym, maintain supply and linen inventory, monitor and clean equipment, and assist therapists as needed. Requires multitasking and attention to detail.

Provide direct nursing care and supervise LPNs/CNAs for ICU/Telemetry patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate age-specific patient care, participate in patient/family teaching, and maintain professional nursing standards. Night shift, 90% FTE, with shift differentials and retention incentive.

Provide outpatient orthopaedic and sports medicine consultations, ER consultations, and operating room assistance. Rotate call with other APCs, collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons and podiatric physicians, manage follow-up care, and maintain required licensure, DEA, BLS, and medical staff privileges.

Provide direct nursing care in the obstetrics unit: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; supervise support staff; promote continuity and professional nursing standards; respond to emergencies and crisis situations; participate in unit-specific orientation and required certifications.

Provide primary-care level, walk-in urgent access for patients of all ages in outpatient clinics. Collaborate with physicians, rotate weekend/holiday coverage, no on-call, deliver person-centered care within a multi-specialty rural health system.

Provide patient care in the Orthopaedic Clinic under surgeon/PA direction: educate patients; apply, adjust, and remove casts, braces, splints, and dressings; perform office procedures; assist with patient positioning for surgery; maintain knowledge of orthopaedic instruments, supplies, and equipment.

Plans, implements, and evaluates perioperative and central sterile education programs. Coordinates annual and monthly staff training, tracks competencies for new hires and equipment, and conducts yearly skills competency assessments for perioperative staff.

Coordinate modality-specific patient procedures and transport, manage scheduling and records retrieval, handle emergencies, and assist patients, families, and providers with empathy and professionalism. Support imaging department workflow and perform related clerical and transport duties.

Provide direct nursing care and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff on a med/surg/pediatrics unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the lifespan, participate in patient/family teaching, handle emergencies, and maintain professional nursing standards and department policies. Night shift, weekend, holiday, and on-call work required.

Plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates clinical education programs for outpatient clinic staff. Teaches BLS, completes competency checklists, supports managers to address education gaps, participates in needs assessments, quality improvement, and accreditation support. Performs duties consistent with Medical Assistant training as needed.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. Performs letter composition, minute-taking, organizing, prioritizing, and maintains confidentiality. Serves as a visible contact with the CEO, assistant administrators, and medical staff.
