Supervise day-to-day operations of non-technical diagnostic imaging staff (scheduling, transcription, file room, reception/registration). Ensure patient care follows physician orders and policies, prioritize workload, resolve problems, make independent decisions, and provide leadership and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide primary-care level urgent/walk-in medical services for patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic. Collaborate with physicians, rotate weekend/holiday coverage, maintain licensure, DEA, BLS, CME credits, and OMC medical staff privileges. No on-call duties; eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Provide outpatient registration, test ordering, process outpatient laboratory specimens, perform hospital and outpatient phlebotomy, answer customer service calls, and provide courier services and other assigned customer service duties for the laboratory.
