Provides financial analysis to improve organizational and operational performance. Responsibilities include physician reporting, monthly general ledger close support, preparing ancillary department income statements, assisting with internal and external audits, and completing special projects. The role requires financial reporting, accounting, statistical analysis, and process improvement experience, with requirements varying between Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst levels.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. Performs letter composition, minute-taking, organizing, prioritizing, and maintains confidentiality. Serves as a visible contact with the CEO, assistant administrators, and medical staff.

Lead and maintain campus WAN/LAN/ wireless/telecom systems; plan and evaluate network technology, define policies, train staff, manage vendors, troubleshoot performance, and ensure disaster recovery and service levels.
