Provides direct nursing care to ICU and telemetry patients, including assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, patient and family education, and supervision of support staff. Ensures continuity of care, meets age-specific patient needs, and maintains professional nursing standards in a clinical setting with variable and occasionally irregular hours.

Provides exercise assessment, testing, and rehabilitation programs for patients and healthy clients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and metabolic conditions. Conducts health screenings, strength, flexibility, body composition, and diagnostic testing such as ECGs. Educates clients on exercise, lifestyle self-care, and chronic disease management while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Provides financial analysis to improve organizational and operational performance. Responsibilities include physician reporting, monthly general ledger closing support, preparing ancillary department income statements, assisting with internal and external audits, and completing special projects. The senior role also leads or supports process improvements and implementations.
