Lead end-to-end brand and packaging design for FMCG brands, producing packaging, 360° campaign creative, and digital assets. Build brand systems and Figma templates, coordinate print production and suppliers, collaborate with marketing and e-commerce, and use AI tools to accelerate asset production and image direction.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle across business teams, from role briefing and sourcing through offers. Partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines using modern and AI-enabled sourcing methods, manage multiple processes, maintain strong candidate experiences, and use recruitment data and reporting to improve hiring decisions. Contribute to talent strategy, sourcing practices, employer branding, and building high-performing teams.

Lead Group financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Produce management reports, variance analysis and commentary. Partner with stakeholders to support commercial decisions, manage OPEX reporting, month-end close, and drive improvements and automation in financial processes.

Maintain the general ledger for multiple entities, process high-volume AP invoices, prepare journal entries, perform bank and payment-platform reconciliations (PayPal, Shopify, Amazon), support month-end and year-end closes, ensure internal controls and financial reporting compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.

Support day-to-day ecommerce operations across DTC brands: build and QA Klaviyo campaigns and flows, maintain Shopify stores, manage subscription/loyalty admin, produce ecommerce reporting, monitor site performance and competitor activity, coordinate with agencies, and provide project and administrative support to enable strategic growth.
