Leads the people function across UK, Netherlands, Australia, and international contractors. Responsibilities include HR operations, payroll, pensions, benefits, employee relations, employment-law compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, culture, engagement, people analytics, succession planning, and organisational development. The role manages the HR budget and a small People team while advising the CEO, executive team, and managers during a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Execute and adapt brand creative across channels, formats, and markets using established design systems. Maintain brand consistency, manage digital asset libraries, identify brief gaps, and use Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI tools for production, resizing, image editing, and quality checks. The role may also develop skills in artworking, print-ready handoff, video editing, and packaging artwork.

Supports global wholesale account performance across retail partners and markets. Responsibilities include tracking sales and KPIs, maintaining launch calendars and assortments, coordinating product launches, managing retailer communications, preparing presentations and reports, supporting digital and trade marketing, monitoring visual merchandising, and coordinating commercial operations, invoices, meetings, and campaign logistics.
