Responsibilities include functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and end-to-end testing; validating retail workflows and integrations; documenting defects in Jira; supporting test automation; analyzing SQL data; preparing quality metrics and release assessments; and collaborating with Agile cross-functional teams to improve QA processes.

Execute manual and automated testing for POS and e-commerce retail applications, validate integrations and end-to-end workflows, manage defects in Jira, contribute to test strategy and automation, and maintain the on-site retail lab including POS hardware and peripherals. Support releases, prepare test reports, and travel to customer sites as needed.

The Developer will enhance Oracle Retail Xstore POS applications, conduct assessments, design solutions, maintain systems, and support integration efforts in the retail industry.

Develop and enhance Oracle Retail Xstore/Micros POS solutions, design and implement Java-based applications, translate business requirements into technical solutions, support production environments, assist testing and data conversion, and provide knowledge transfer to vendors and client teams during implementations and go-lives.
