Execute manual and automated tests, support test planning and execution in agile sprints, document and track defects, collaborate with developers and product teams, participate in sprint ceremonies, and learn automation tools and frameworks under senior QA guidance.

Execute manual and automated testing for POS and e-commerce retail applications, validate integrations and end-to-end workflows, manage defects in Jira, contribute to test strategy and automation, and maintain the on-site retail lab including POS hardware and peripherals. Support releases, prepare test reports, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Develop and enhance Oracle Retail Xstore/Micros POS solutions, design and implement Java-based applications, translate business requirements into technical solutions, support production environments, assist testing and data conversion, and provide knowledge transfer to vendors and client teams during implementations and go-lives.
