The QA Analyst plans and executes manual and automated testing for Oracle Retail and Jumpmind POS and e-commerce applications. Responsibilities include functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and end-to-end testing; validating retail workflows and integrations; documenting defects in Jira; supporting test automation; analyzing SQL data; preparing quality metrics and release assessments; and collaborating with Agile cross-functional teams to improve QA processes.

Executes manual and automated tests for functionality, performance, and usability within agile sprints. Supports test planning, defect identification and tracking, requirements clarification, and test coverage. Collaborates with developers and product teams, participates in agile ceremonies, improves QA practices, and learns automation tools under senior guidance.
