Plans and executes manual and automated testing for Oracle Retail and Jumpmind POS and e-commerce applications. Performs functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and end-to-end testing; validates workflows and integrations; tracks defects in Jira; prepares quality reports; supports test automation, release readiness, and QA process improvements. Collaborates with developers, product managers, business teams, and international stakeholders in Agile environments.

Supports the Finance team with customer and supplier invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, cash flow reporting, accounting entries, intercompany recharges, VAT tasks, and month-end and year-end activities. Maintains financial and project-management system records, monitors timesheets, assists with reporting and project closure, and supports international transactions across multiple entities and currencies.

Leads large-scale Oracle Retail and enterprise technology implementations across global, distributed teams. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, scope, budgets, risk and issue management, stakeholder communications, executive steering committees, financial forecasting, team leadership, quality assurance, process improvement, and identifying scope expansion opportunities. The role requires strong client management, software delivery lifecycle knowledge, commercial awareness, and proficiency with project management tools.
