The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers, manage project execution, resolve technical issues, and foster a high-performance culture to ensure scalable solutions.

As a Software Engineer on the Menu team, you'll develop and manage systems for accessing menu records, collaborate with Product, and own tasks while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Work on the Core team building and maintaining APIs and services for baskets, orders, checkout, promotions, and capacity. Implement small-to-medium features, write tests, participate in code reviews and on-call rotations, collaborate with stakeholders, and use version control and AI coding tools to improve reliability and scalability.

Lead multiple engineering teams to align execution with company goals and the product roadmap. Drive cross-functional strategy, architecture, process improvements, incident escalation, disaster recovery, and technical risk management to ensure scalable, secure cloud-based platforms and minimal customer disruption during platform changes.

Lead design and delivery of core platform services (orders, baskets, checkout, promotions). Drive architecture, reliability, performance tuning, incident response, CI/CD and infrastructure improvements. Mentor engineers, coordinate cross-team initiatives, and contribute hands-on code to scalable, distributed microservices.

Provide on-site technical support to end-users: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage user accounts, endpoints, and assets; document tickets; escalate complex problems; assist with tool consolidation and SSO integration.
