Teams at Olo

Lead customer implementation projects for Olo’s restaurant technology platform, guiding brands through product adoption, troubleshooting, training, and expansion. Collaborate with project managers, technical specialists, product teams, support, and leadership to deliver successful customer outcomes. Act as a product subject matter expert, advocate for customer needs, resolve implementation issues, and provide feedback to improve products and implementation processes. Occasional after-hours or weekend on-call work may be required.

Work on the Core team building and maintaining APIs and services for baskets, orders, checkout, promotions, and capacity. Implement small-to-medium features, write tests, participate in code reviews and on-call rotations, collaborate with stakeholders, and use version control and AI coding tools to improve reliability and scalability.

Build and maintain BrandX software, including dashboard features, billing systems, authentication, and AI Assist capabilities. Own small-to-medium features, write and review code, create tests, support CI/CD and deployments, troubleshoot production issues, participate in team ceremonies, and join the on-call rotation. Collaborate with distributed teams while using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
