Teams at Olney Rehabilitation and Care Center

Provide nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor health changes, collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, document care accurately, and maintain a safe environment. The role is PRN and requires an active Texas RN or LVN license, CPR or BLS certification, background screening, drug screening, and U.S. work authorization.

Leads the nursing department at a skilled nursing facility, overseeing resident-centered care, staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality metrics, admissions, transfers, discharges, documentation, and staff development. Collaborates with administrators and interdisciplinary teams to improve operations, address deficiencies, and maintain high-quality clinical standards.

Assists with meal and snack preparation, portion control, tray accuracy, menu distribution, food storage, dishwashing, and cleaning. Follows sanitation, safety, infection-control, and federal and state food-service procedures in a rehabilitation and care center.
