Own executive recruiting, hiring standards, recruiter development, scarce-talent strategies, recruiting AI, hiring systems, workforce planning, and talent branding. Own end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning hardware, software, optics, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include defining plans and milestones, coordinating engineering and business stakeholders, managing risks, vendors, dependencies, and delivery cadences, maintaining documentation, and driving accountability through mass-manufactured product delivery.

Lead and build the internal engineering platform and IT operations team. Own compute, storage, networking, CI/CD, provisioning automation, identity and device management, and observability. Drive security-first infrastructure, enable engineering velocity across hardware, software, ML, and compiler teams, and scale foundational IT functions and processes in a high-growth startup.

Configure, customize, and integrate IFS as OLIX’s ERP and manufacturing MES platform. Translate finance, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing requirements into system solutions; develop integrations with tools such as PTC Windchill and REST APIs; extend data models and reporting using SQL or PL/SQL; and establish development, testing, and maintenance practices for the growing implementation.

Lead and scale OLIX’s commercial legal function, personally negotiating major customer, manufacturing, supply chain, licensing, JDA, and partnership agreements. Establish playbooks, templates, risk positions, workflows, and AI-enabled contracting processes. Advise on IP, data protection, export controls, and commercial risk while partnering with engineering, sales, procurement, and operations. Build and manage the legal team, oversee external counsel, support CLM implementation, and help shape broader legal strategy in a fast-growing deep-tech company.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, technical leadership, operations, and commercial roles. Build scalable sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, improve interviewing and recruiting processes, manage candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, evolve recruiting systems and reporting, and oversee external recruiting partners. The role focuses on closing specialized technical talent and building scalable hiring infrastructure during a high-growth period.
