Teams at OLIX

Lead day-to-day financial operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. Implement ERP and controls, support external audit, and partner with engineering/manufacturing to account for production, capital, payroll, share options, taxes, and transfer pricing while scaling the finance function.

Provide high-touch support to the COO, CFO, and President by managing calendars, triaging inboxes, coordinating travel and offsites, preparing meeting briefs and agendas, building cross-functional relationships, and proactively optimizing executive time and meeting effectiveness.

Lead and build OLIX's Quality function from ground up: design and own QMS, manage supplier and partner quality across foundry/OSAT/CM ecosystems, own product qualification, reliability, manufacturing and field quality, drive compliance and certifications, establish failure analysis and continuous improvement, and scale the quality organization through NPI into volume production.
