Lead end-to-end verification of high-throughput, real-time digital pipelines. Build SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments, assertion-based checks, constrained-random tests, and formal properties. Model algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink or Python, support FPGA prototyping and silicon bring-up, analyze results to drive fixes, and collaborate across digital, optical, mixed-signal, and software teams. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to verification methodology and documentation.

Lead development and industrialization of end-to-end waveguide and optical connector manufacturing. Own process development, equipment and line qualification, process characterization, yield and reliability improvement, and scale-up to high-volume production while partnering across engineering, supply chain, and vendors.

Lead and build a Global Supply Management organization to develop supplier strategies and partnerships across semiconductor, photonics, packaging, electronics, and capital equipment. Drive supplier selection, negotiations, qualification, performance, and risk management to enable NPI, manufacturing readiness, and scale to high-volume production while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and executive leadership.
