Lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, technical leadership, operations, and commercial roles. Build scalable sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, improve interviewing and recruiting processes, manage candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, evolve recruiting systems and reporting, and oversee external recruiting partners. The role focuses on closing specialized technical talent and building scalable hiring infrastructure during a high-growth period.

Lead manufacturing test engineering for next-generation AI computing hardware. Own end-to-end test strategy, architecture, equipment, fixtures, instrumentation, automation, software, and processes across component, subsystem, and final product testing. Develop and qualify production test solutions, ensure readiness for NPI and manufacturing launch, optimize coverage, yield, throughput, cycle time, repeatability, and cost, and scale capabilities with contract manufacturing partners. Build and lead high-performing engineering teams.

Provides day-to-day production infrastructure support across AWS, GitHub, Cloudflare, Terraform, Ansible, Linux, and Kubernetes. Owns the support queue, resolves access and infrastructure requests, manages configuration changes through pull requests, creates self-service automation, maintains incident runbooks, monitors capacity and licenses, and reports support metrics. The role excludes platform design, end-user IT support, and security incident response.
