Leads demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and material execution for AI hardware manufacturing. Establishes scalable ERP/MRP processes, aligns production schedules with customer demand, manages contract manufacturing partners, resolves material constraints, and optimizes inventory, transportation costs, supplier performance, and delivery commitments. The role also builds high-performing teams and drives cross-functional supply chain operational excellence across engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and global supply management.

Own the architecture, reliability, roadmap, and security of OLIX’s internal IT systems, including identity, SSO, device management, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Atlassian. Lead company-wide systems projects, identity and device-management migrations, complex issue resolution, SaaS onboarding, and secure access implementation. Build AI agents, automations, scripts, and workflows to eliminate manual work and improve employee support. Mentor others and drive durable improvements across IT operations.

Lead and build a Global Supply Management organization to develop supplier strategies and partnerships across semiconductor, photonics, packaging, electronics, and capital equipment. Drive supplier selection, negotiations, qualification, performance, and risk management to enable NPI, manufacturing readiness, and scale to high-volume production while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and executive leadership.
