Teams at OLIX

Lead and scale OLIX’s talent function from approximately 200 to 1,000 employees across multiple international sites. Own executive recruiting, hiring standards, recruiter development, scarce-talent strategies, recruiting AI, hiring systems, workforce planning, and talent branding. The role requires hands-on leadership in frontier AI, semiconductor, hardware, or deep-tech environments, with responsibility for personally closing senior candidates and building a high-performing recruiting organization.

Lead architecture and production delivery for major areas of rack-scale accelerator firmware. Own boot, updates, platform management, ASIC register control, interfaces, failure handling, validation, and bring-up from simulation through silicon. Develop bare-metal, RTOS, and embedded Linux firmware; collaborate with FPGA, ASIC, and systems teams; author specifications and design documents; mentor senior engineers; and influence technical direction without formal authority.

Own embedded firmware subsystems for the DX-1 accelerator platform from simulation and FPGA prototyping through silicon and production. Responsibilities include boot firmware, embedded Linux, kernel and driver development, management services, bare-metal firmware, telemetry, testing, hardware bring-up, debugging, and cross-functional technical leadership.
