The role serves as a senior client contact, addresses complex needs, supports sales goals, and ensures compliance with market, professional, and transparency standards.

Advises multinational insurance clients on risk strategies, renewal and placement solutions, policy management, carrier quotes, coverage changes, and RFP presentations. The role supports senior advisors, develops client and market relationships, researches insurance products, coordinates with underwriters, and contributes to client retention and business growth. It is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Charlotte office.

Leads marketing and communications across Colombia and Venezuela, building a high-performing team and developing integrated strategies that support growth, brand positioning, demand generation, client engagement, and revenue. Partners with senior leaders, sales teams, global centers of excellence, and public relations functions. Oversees multi-channel campaigns, budgets, workflows, reputation management, digital marketing, and AI adoption while coordinating priorities across complex businesses and stakeholders.
