Analyze reinsurance data and help structure treaty and facultative reinsurance solutions. Collaborate with senior brokers, actuaries and modelers; communicate technical concepts to C-suite; manage client and reinsurer relationships; support business development and sales initiatives; coordinate with contracts and accounting to ensure client servicing.

Support the regional FINPRO claims team by managing claims workflows, coordinating stakeholders (insureds, insurers, lawyers), reviewing policy wordings, meeting service SLAs, producing reports and presentations, and helping with client onboarding and claims technology projects to improve efficiency and settlement outcomes.

Lead and deliver cross-functional culture and engagement initiatives across the Americas: define problems, run pilots, measure outcomes, embed scalable solutions, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, influence senior leaders, prepare executive recommendations, and track regional metrics to improve retention, growth, and performance.
