Writes and edits technical bid proposals for UK public-sector digital transformation projects. The Talent Manager will source and recruit digital professionals across contractor, permanent, and fixed-term roles. Responsibilities include headhunting, managing recruitment pipelines, building specialist talent communities, partnering with clients and delivery teams, advising on talent-market conditions and rates, maintaining CRM/ATS data, and supporting workforce and commercial planning. The role requires balancing candidate quality, client needs, recruitment timelines, and commercial parameters.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications using Python and Django. Build RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, improve performance and reliability, and contribute to testing, code reviews, technical decisions, and Agile delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver accessible, user-focused digital services meeting GDS standards across public-sector transformation projects.
