Provide advanced escrow support for Escrow Officers across the full closing lifecycle: manage complex residential and intermediate commercial transactions, review title commitments, coordinate clearances, prepare closing documents, handle funding and disbursements, maintain transaction files, conduct signings, mentor team members, and support business development and branch workflow.

Manage sales activities in a territory, develop business plans, build customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies.
