Lead and execute biweekly and special multi-state payroll for up to 500 employees. Reconcile payroll, validate reports, maintain control records, handle complex transactions, respond to escalated inquiries, mentor payroll staff, support month/quarter/year-end close, and assist with time tracking and absence modules in Workday.

Support commercial real estate closings by entering and reconciling accounting data, managing bank transactions and wires, coordinating payables/receivables, ensuring compliance with closing instructions, performing post‑closing reviews, and producing reconciliation reports while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Perform comprehensive title searches of county land, tax, court, and public records; identify title defects; establish chains of title; prepare search reports; collaborate with county offices, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure underwriting compliance.
