Old Republic Title Insurance Group Benefits Overview

Develops and delivers continuing education programs on Florida real estate law and title insurance. Creates live and online courses, maintains legal and regulatory expertise, reviews documents, supports compliance education, responds to legal inquiries, and presents at seminars and industry events. The role requires an active law license, real estate or title insurance experience, instructional design and presentation skills, and occasional overnight travel.

Manage multi-entity accounting, intercompany eliminations, equity accounting, allocations, subsidiary accounting, journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, and discrepancy resolution. Partner with field management and treasury to improve financial workflows while ensuring GAAP and statutory accounting compliance.

Leads medium- and large-sized corporate and marketing projects using Agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Manages project intake, scope, roadmaps, timelines, resources, risks, costs, vendors, documentation, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and corrective actions. Ensures project artifacts and regulatory requirements are completed while coordinating business and IT teams in a matrixed environment.
