Lead the YMCA aquatics department overseeing swim lessons, recreational and fitness programs, staff recruitment/training, pool operations, safety compliance, budgeting, scheduling, and community outreach to grow participation and ensure a safe aquatic environment.

Provide home- and community-based clinical services to families referred by DCF. Assess needs, develop and implement treatment plans, build parenting and life skills, connect families to resources, document progress, and collaborate with outreach staff to strengthen family safety and wellbeing.
