Supervise and support before-school program under the Site Coordinator. Help plan and implement activities, maintain safety and behavior, prepare meals/snacks, assist with paperwork, field trips, cleanup, inventory, and attend required trainings. Conduct in-reach to correctional facilities to enroll and case-manage returning citizens into education, career, treatment, housing, and community referrals. Create and maintain case files, coordinate services and benefits, maintain monthly contact for 18 months, facilitate mentoring and aftercare groups, collect documentation including urine screens, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support reentry.

Manage and coordinate all membership functions for the Middleboro branch, assessing building operations, membership needs, personnel, programs, and finances. Lead staff, uphold YMCA values, deliver strong customer service, handle occasional public speaking, and maintain required certifications. Work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Provide peer-based support, advocacy, and positive role modeling to youth in an adolescent therapeutic day program. Work with clinicians and mentors to assist members in meeting treatment goals, attend staff meetings and trainings, and support daily structured activities and transports.

Provide direct clinical services to adolescents including comprehensive assessments (MAYSI, CRAAFT, LITE, CANS), develop individual treatment plans, deliver individual/group/family therapy, coordinate with families, DCF, and outside agencies, manage crisis/suicide risk, track program data, provide on-call coverage, and support staff and interns.

Provide intake and case management to connect participants with public benefits (MassHealth, SNAP, SSI/SSDI, veterans benefits), maintain community partner relationships, submit electronic applications (DTA Connect, MassHealth), document progress, offer trainings, cross-train on assessment tools, collect urine screens as needed, and support CJSC staff and programs.
