Provide peer-based support to caregivers with open DCF cases by meeting at least twice weekly, assessing recovery needs, developing treatment plans, teaching recovery skills, building support networks, connecting to providers, and advocating in treatment, review, and court meetings. Requires local travel and driving.

Supervise and support school-age children by maintaining a safe, healthy, and constructive environment; uphold YMCA mission and code of conduct; lead daily activities, assist Site Coordinator, enforce health and safety requirements, communicate with families, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy for youth; complete intake/safety screenings and DYS progress notes; develop and review individualized treatment plans; coordinate community reintegration and resources; support and train Youth Care Advocates; maintain accurate client records and assist Clinical Director with suicide-watch monitoring and reporting.

Lead and mentor teen leaders at summer camp, deliver youth leadership trainings, supervise and support program staff, model positive behavior for campers, and perform physical camp duties.

Assist the School Age Site Coordinator in supervising after-school programs, ensuring a safe, healthy, and constructive environment; uphold YMCA mission and code of conduct; encourage caring, responsibility, honesty, and respect; perform physical tasks, occasional public speaking, and work varied hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Provide positive role-modeling and supportive mentorship to youth, enforce YMCA and DMH policies, encourage self-worth and goal achievement, collaborate with staff, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Lead and manage EEC-licensed school age programs across four sites: oversee daily operations, ensure EEC compliance and safety, recruit/train staff, manage budgets and enrollment, engage families and community partners, and support program growth and fundraising.

Work in a school setting with children ages 5–12, supporting and supervising the school-age program and participating in daily activities and program operations.

Provide peer support, role modeling, and advocacy for youth in an adolescent therapeutic day program. Work with clinical team to deliver structured activities, support treatment goals, participate in meetings/trainings, and assist with daily transports.

Provide home- and community-based clinical services to families referred by the Department of Children and Families. Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to youth involved with child welfare or mental health services. Build rapport with youth and families, connect them to educational, vocational, therapeutic, recreational and basic-needs resources, manage a caseload, document progress, and communicate with state agency workers and collateral supports. Work independently and as part of a team in community settings, using phone, email, and virtual tools.

Assist the School Age Site Coordinator in supervising children, maintaining a safe, healthy, and constructive environment, upholding YMCA mission and conduct, perform physical tasks, enforce health requirements, and support program activities including occasional public speaking and varied hours.

Provide time-limited clinical interventions and support for youth and families transitioning from residential placement to community care. Engage during the 90-60-30-day transition, deliver individual and family therapy, coordinate with residential teams and Parent Partner, complete JJEMS data entry, and connect families to sustainable community resources.

Supervise and support school-age before- and after-school programs, ensuring a safe, healthy, and constructive environment. Assist the Site Coordinator with curriculum planning, enforce EEC regulations and YMCA policies, and attend staff and curriculum meetings.

Provide mentoring, youth support, and case management for youth involved with DCF/DMH. Connect families and youth to educational, vocational, therapeutic, and basic-needs resources. Maintain caseloads, work independently and in teams, build rapport with youth, families, and agency staff, and use a personal vehicle for daily assignments.

Supervise and engage children in KidZone, maintain attendance and safety, enforce behavior and emergency procedures, support member engagement, collect fees, keep facilities clean, participate in trainings and staff meetings, mentor FLY Kids, and ensure positive communication between families and YMCA programs.

Assist the Aquatics Director by teaching and lifeguarding as needed; recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate swim instructors; manage class registrations, rosters, attendance, and student progress; oversee pool safety, water testing, equipment, and opening/closing; support budgeting, fundraising, program development, community outreach, and run aquatic events.

Provide front-desk and office support for the Community Justice Support Center: register participants, answer phones, maintain records and files, manage supplies and purchase orders, log drug testing results, assist with meetings/trainings, and perform other administrative duties to support staff and community partners.

Provide home- and community-based therapeutic services to families referred by the Department of Children and Families. Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, build parenting and life skills, connect families to resources, and collaborate with outreach staff to promote child safety and family stability. Maintain caseload documentation and participate in team meetings and professional development.

Provide clinical case management and supervision for justice-involved and high-risk participants: intake assessments, treatment planning, CBT group facilitation, documentation, referrals, audits, staff training/supervision, drug testing, and participation in program administration and community collaboration.
