Teams at Old Colony YMCA

Leads membership, health and wellness, and program departments for a YMCA branch. Oversees strategic planning, program development, staff recruitment and supervision, budgets, revenue growth, member engagement, community partnerships, volunteers, facility standards, and customer service. The role requires collaboration with leadership, fundraising participation, emergency planning, staff certification support, and occasional public speaking. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, physical work, and additional responsibilities may be required.

Supports membership operations at the Plymouth Branch through account management, cancellations, billing collections, reconciliations, reporting, deposits, refunds, and member assistance. Coordinates welcome center schedules, handles account questions, supports promotions and events, and oversees on-duty staff when serving as manager on duty. The role also helps improve member recruitment and retention while maintaining accurate financial and membership records.

Provides office administration for a community justice support center, including participant registration, phone coverage, filing, recordkeeping, data collection, drug-testing documentation, information routing, supply management, purchase orders, and fiscal procedures. Collaborates with program staff, probation, parole, funding sources, and community partners; attends meetings, supports fundraising, and maintains office standards. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency, accuracy, evening availability, and some travel.
