Teams at Old Colony YMCA

Conduct in-reach to correctional facilities to enroll and case-manage returning citizens into education, career, treatment, housing, and community referrals. Create and maintain case files, coordinate services and benefits, maintain monthly contact for 18 months, facilitate mentoring and aftercare groups, collect documentation including urine screens, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support reentry.

Manage and coordinate all membership functions for the Middleboro branch, assessing building operations, membership needs, personnel, programs, and finances. Lead staff, uphold YMCA values, deliver strong customer service, handle occasional public speaking, and maintain required certifications. Work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Supervise and support school-age children in a safe, healthy, and constructive environment. Assist the Site Coordinator with program delivery, enforce YMCA policies, promote character development, and perform physical tasks and occasional public speaking. Maintain certifications, health screenings, and uphold agency/regulatory requirements.
