Teams at Old Colony YMCA

Supervise and lead before- and after-school activities for children ages 6–12, ensure safe school bus transitions, assist with homework, and maintain a healthy, constructive environment aligned with YMCA policies.

Coordinate and manage youth, teen, and adult sports programming and leagues; develop new programs; perform outreach and partnerships; oversee budgets, equipment, and program quality; teach or assist in classes; serve as primary contact for leagues and community members; promote events and birthday party rentals; attend trainings and staff meetings.

Coordinate and run assigned summer camp programs: develop curricula, plan and lead daily activities, ensure safety and appropriate staff-to-child ratios, follow DPH and YMCA policies, obtain required certifications, manage equipment and checklists, and assist with scheduling and crisis intervention.
