Manages the accounts receivable team and high-volume AR operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, customer billing support, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, forecasting, internal controls, SOPs, audits, and bad debt processes. Partners across Finance, Sales, Operations, and customers to resolve discrepancies, improve billing processes, and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Manages OLAPLEX’s APAC sales and marketing activities across distributors, retailers, and strategic accounts. Responsibilities include sales operations, order processing, forecasting, stock management, target tracking, sell-in and sell-out analysis, reporting, competitive intelligence, product registration coordination, merchandising, product launches, campaigns, trade events, and partner marketing support. The role serves as a key internal and external contact while supporting omnichannel business development and brand growth.

Leads APAC education strategy and execution for OLAPLEX, delivering technical and business-building training to salons, stylists, distributors, and store employees. Builds distributor and salon relationships, supports product launches and sales goals, manages education programs and events, represents the brand at industry gatherings, and delivers consistent live and virtual education. The role requires extensive regional travel and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and international education teams.
