Lead the US finance function delivering FP&A, treasury, tax, accounting and controls under IFRS. Drive budgeting, forecasting, working capital, M&A diligence, risk management, hedge accounting, and finance transformation while mentoring a high-performing team and partnering with executive leadership.

Execute end-to-end structured trade transactions for the TSF team, liaising with banks, corporates, insurers, and counterparties. Prepare and review L/Cs, SBLCs, export agreements, shipping and insurance documentation, settle payments, maintain controls and tracking systems, and produce transaction and business reports.
