Write email copy for 5–6 DTC client accounts, coordinate projects and approvals, contribute to retention strategy, format performance reports, and proactively identify blockers. This remote entry-level role requires native Dutch, reliable execution, organized project management, and availability online from 12–5pm CET/CEST. It offers structured progression toward Retention Manager and senior strategy ownership.

Manage results and relationships for 4-5 high-value Shopify brands, develop advanced retention strategies and playbooks, write copy and direct creative, mentor specialists, improve processes, and lead complex client negotiations.
