Teams at Oklahoma Department of Human Services

Provide post-adoption outreach and support, carry a partial caseload, conduct annual renewals and DOC requests, assist clinical social workers with in-home parent coaching, run adolescent and virtual parent support groups and monthly webinars, develop presentations and informational materials, and manage/update Post Adoption Services website content and newsletters.

Supervise and administer case management staff for individuals receiving waivered services; monitor program implementation, audit case records, conduct staff meetings, provide crisis intervention counseling, and coordinate with other divisions to ensure proper linkage with Developmental Disabilities Services and service delivery.

Provide case management services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in community settings: obtain social histories, develop and coordinate resources, serve as QIDP, perform monthly program monitoring, ensure compliance with federal waiver and state policies. Extensive travel required; report to a case management supervisor.
