Teams at Oklahoma Department of Human Services

Supervise and administer case management staff for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Ensure compliance with HCBS waiver, monitor residential and vocational services, audit case records, coordinate with divisions, provide crisis intervention, and serve as QIDP.

Supports the Child Support Services Business Analysis Team by preparing program performance reports, activity analyses, worklists, and ad hoc reports. Collaborates with management across offices to deliver accurate, technology-enabled analyses with quick turnaround. Requires occasional job-related travel, a valid driver’s license, and required car insurance.

Provide case management for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in community settings: obtain social histories, coordinate community and agency resources, serve as QIDP, perform monthly program monitoring, and ensure compliance with federal and state Home and Community Based Waiver regulations. Role requires extensive travel.
