Provide direct and indirect casework for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Manage caseloads, coordinate services and Individual Plans, serve as QIDP and IDT leader, advocate for clients, coordinate guardianship, train and mentor staff, cover other case managers, and work extensively in the field (extensive travel required).

Manage and prioritize a caseload of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities; provide monthly monitoring of residential and vocational services, ensure compliance with federal and state waiver regulations, serve as QIDP, and coordinate community resources.

Lead statewide behavior support services: supervise staff, implement personnel policies, chair restrictive-plan review board, approve and monitor providers, represent DDS in statewide behavioral health meetings, develop policy and rules, and analyze reports to address statewide trends and concerns.
