Translates organizational needs into product roadmaps, requirements, integrations, and scalable solutions. Provides technical leadership across APIs, applications, automation, testing, troubleshooting, data mapping, and enterprise systems. Coordinates IT, business, development, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor teams while managing releases, production support, performance, reliability, security, and technology adoption.

Supports technology products through maintenance, enhancements, system administration, requirements gathering, process mapping, release validation, troubleshooting, user support, training, and business analysis. The role assists the product manager in administering an assigned portfolio and coordinating technical product activities.
