Manage financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting for affordable housing development projects. Ensure HUD and funding compliance, prepare budgets and forecasts, secure and administer financing (LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, NHTF, bonds), oversee construction payment draws and cost controls, perform financial analyses, and coordinate with development teams, lenders, contractors, and public agencies to support redevelopment and portfolio sustainability.

Ensure housing programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (PH, LIHTC, PBV, PBRA). Perform audits and occupancy reviews, document findings, provide corrective action guidance, assist staff with compliance issues, prepare reports, maintain records, and support grant reporting and applications.

Oversee compliance and operational effectiveness of Resident Services by monitoring HUD and grant requirements, developing policies and workflows, conducting audits, analyzing performance data, and supporting program coordinators. Provide training, technical assistance, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure program integrity, documentation accuracy, and effective service delivery. Collaborate with internal and external partners and assist leadership with strategic planning and risk management.

Process and code vendor invoices, prepare checks and AP reports, reconcile vendor statements, prepare tax and HUD reports, ensure timely payments and maintain AP records.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, fire and intrusion alarms). Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, network integrations, vendor coordination, on-call emergency support, staff training, and maintain records and schematics.

Manage and supervise affordable and public housing compliance programs. Conduct audits and occupancy reviews, ensure HUD data/reporting compliance (including TRACS), develop procedures, provide technical assistance, document findings, and ensure timely tax credit and grant reporting. Supervise compliance staff and support corrective actions.

Prepare timely GAAP financial reports, reconcile general and sub-ledgers, maintain internal controls, assist audits, coordinate billing/reimbursements and HUD reporting, and support Senior Accountant and related-entity accounting functions.
