Leads implementation of OCHA’s Choice Neighborhoods Initiative and Transformation Plan, coordinating housing redevelopment, resident outcomes, neighborhood investments, federal grant compliance, budgets, performance tracking, risk management, and stakeholder partnerships. Advises executive leadership, coordinates HUD reporting and audits, manages cross-departmental implementation, and may supervise program, project management, compliance, engagement, communications, and administrative staff.

Prepare timely GAAP financial reports, reconcile general and sub-ledgers, maintain internal controls, assist audits, coordinate billing/reimbursements and HUD reporting, and support Senior Accountant and related-entity accounting functions.
