Conduct materials research and testing for electrolyser components, define material specifications, develop new materials/processes, lead problem-solving, support lab and pilot-scale operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to characterize and improve electrochemical device performance.

Lead hardware design for high-power/medium-voltage power converters: define specs, run design and firmware control reviews, validate via simulation and prototyping, create test plans, perform FMEA and reliability analysis, manage development milestones/DFX/ECNs, mentor engineers, and prepare documentation (BOMs, circuit diagrams, simulations).

Support sales in Japan, assist with proposals, communicate with clients in Japanese, conduct market research, and maintain CRM records.
