Associate Product Manager for Ohme’s mobile app team. Owns requirements, backlog prioritization, product discovery, roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, testing, and feature delivery. Uses customer research, dashboards, A/B tests, and product metrics to improve conversion, adoption, engagement, and quality. Collaborates closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders while developing fluency in mobile platforms, APIs, SQL, and OCPP.

Leads QA engineers across multiple teams and sets department-wide quality standards, tooling, automation strategy, and metrics. Owns AI-assisted and agentic testing adoption, governs quality processes, and promotes shared engineering accountability. The role requires hands-on API and backend test automation, modern testing frameworks, CI tooling, and early quality involvement in requirements and design. It also includes line management, cross-functional influence, KPI reporting, and coaching teams through process and tooling changes.

Owns the architecture, development, and scaling of data products, backend data services, ingestion engines, APIs, and infrastructure on AWS and Snowflake. Own end-to-end paid search across Google and Microsoft Ads for multi-market campaigns. Monitor daily performance, manage budgets, run structured tests, ensure tracking and attribution, partner with data team, and deliver strategic reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Lead and build Ohme's partnerships function for energy flexibility. Identify prospects, create and manage a commercial pipeline, negotiate revenue-share agreements, translate technical requirements for stakeholders, and coordinate with trading and product teams to deliver partner solutions and long-term agreements.
