Lead the roadmap and delivery of Ohme's data and AI products: prioritize features, define requirements and success metrics, work hands-on with ML/data engineers to ship and iterate, liaise with commercial and ops teams, and drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Own end-to-end paid search across Google and Microsoft Ads for multi-market campaigns. Monitor daily performance, manage budgets, run structured tests, ensure tracking and attribution, partner with data team, and deliver strategic reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Lead and build Ohme's partnerships function for energy flexibility. Lead and scale Ohme's energy trading desk by improving trading operations and systems, creating strategies and products across assets (BESS, DSR, fleets), supporting market entry, delivering material P&L, managing risk and compliance, and providing execution cover including weekend rota organization.

Lead all marketing for Ireland: plan and execute multi-channel demand generation, build brand awareness via campaigns, events and PR, manage co-marketing with partners, optimize website and collateral, track and report performance, and support sales to drive leads and pipeline.
